AgStar Group has invested Rs. 400 million in acquiring a factory complex on a nine-acre land in Ekala, Ja-Ela as part of the relocation of its fertiliser business from the current premises.
The property includes over 150,000 square feet of factory warehouse and buildings. The acquisition was by AgStar Properties Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of AgStar Fertilizers Plc.
