Two Directors resign from BOC Board

Two Non-Executive Directors have resigned from the Board of the Bank of Ceylon (BOC) with effect from 8 December.

They are Brandix Group Finance Director Hasitha Premaratne and SriLankan Catering Ltd. CEO Lalith Withana, and the resignations are due to personal reasons. The two professionals were appointed to the BOC Board on 14 January.

With the resignations, the Board of BOC comprises of Chairman Kanchana Ratwatte, Harsha Wijayawardhana, Anura C. Manilka Fernando and R.M.P. Rathnayake.
