National carrier SriLankan Airlines has been taken over by hackers, Opposition MP Dayasiri Jayasekera told Parliament yesterday. He said the hackers had already notified that they had taken control of the airline’s software system. “Even the emails of SriLankan Airlines employees have been hacked,” he said. Jayasekera urged the Government to accept an offer made by the US Government to get the system released from the hackers.
