Sri Lanka’s Most Admired Companies Awards ceremony on Wednesday

The Most Admired Companies Awards ceremony organised by CIMA, ICCSL and Daily FT will be held on 27 October from 4 p.m. onwards at the Lotus Room, BMICH Colombo.

Held for the fourth consecutive year, these awards recognise organisations that are above the rest, not just in terms of financials but with various other factors considered. The Chief Guest at the ceremony will be High Commissioner of India Gopal Baglay whilst the Guest of Honour will be Mayor of Colombo Rosy Senanayake. Ceylon Chamber of Commerce/Employers Federation of Ceylon Chairman Vish Govindasamy will be a special guest. The Keynote Speaker will be Senior BCG Partner in Canada Michael McAdoo. 

Highlights of the event will include special messages from CIMA President Paul Ash, FCMA, CGMA; International Chamber of Commerce Secretary General John Denton; and AIA Group Hong Kong Chairman, Regional Chief Executive and Group Chief Distribution Officer and AIA Insurance Lanka Chairman Bill Lisle. 

The top 10 companies, as well as the five honourably mentioned organisations, will be recognised at this event. Also recognised will be five Top Business Leaders of Sri Lanka under Most Admired Leaders Awards program. 

The Assurance Partner of the Awards are KPMG whilst the Platinum Sponsor is AIA Insurance and the Official Telecommunications Partner is Dialog Axiata PLC. The event will also be aired on the Facebook pages of Daily FT, CIMA and ICCSL.
