  • 2023: Appointed to deliver UK Government visa and passport services across 142 countries
  • 2022: Rolled out first-ever Indonesia fast-track Visa on Arrival service for 75 nationalities
  • 2021: Signed contract to expand Philippines ePassport Renewal Centre network to nine new countries
  • 2020: Launched the first online portal for Vietnam eVisa on Arrival for travelers
  • 2019: Introduced the new Thailand eVisa on Arrival (eVOA) service in collaboration with the Immigration Bureau of Thailand
  • 2014: VFS Global won an exclusive service contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norway to offer services in 51 countries
  • 2013: Won 86% of the global visa contract from the Government of the Netherlands, involving setting up visa application centres in 14 countries

Awarded 90% of global visa contract by the Government of Denmark

  • 2012: Won 84% share of the Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s (CIC) global visa application centre contract; involving operations in 104 countries with a worldwide network of 139 Visa Application Centres

Awarded the key visa services global contract by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; entailing operations across 33 countries

  • 2011: Won the Austria global contract for managing its visa services across 11 countries
  • Commenced the Home Office – UK Visas and Immigration (formerly UK Border Agency) – Department of Immigration and Border Protection (formerly Department of Immigration and Citizenship) Joint Visa Application Centres (JVACs) project for the Government of UK and Australia, in 11 countries

Won Spain worldwide contract for 45 countries; developed and deployed end-to-end biometric solutions for the Government of Spain

  • 2010: Awarded the first ever global Schengen contract from the Government of Denmark; involved providing visa services to the diplomatic missions of Denmark in 13 countries

Successfully established visa services operations for the Embassy of Japan in Thailand — the first ever outsourced contract by the Government of Japan

Partnered with the diplomatic missions of Finland for services in Moscow and St. Petersburg (Russia) and Kiev (Ukraine) — the first ever outsourced partnership with the Government of Finland
