Sirisena says Singapore FTA signed without proper consent

The report of the Experts Committee appointed to look into the Sri Lanka-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (SLSFTA) has highlighted that the agreement had been rushed without the proper consent of stakeholder institutions, President Maithripala Sirisena revealed yesterday. 

The President expressed these views after he received the report of the Experts Committee at the Presidential Secretariat from the Chairman of the Committee, Prof. W.D. Luxman.
