High-net-worth investor Dr. T. Senthilverl on Friday acquired a near 10% stake in Renuka Agri Foods PLC for Rs. 1 billion.
The market saw 82.36 million shares of Renuka Agri Foods PLC change hands via 824 trades for Rs. 1.14 billion and account for the largest turnover. The share price of Renuka Agri Foods closed at Rs. 15 up by Rs. 0.20.
The biggest shareholder of the company is Renuka Foods PLC, which holds 67.89%, down from 75% in September last year.
