SLAITO welcomes Govt. decision to reintroduce single entry visa

The Sri Lanka Assoc-iation of Inbound Travel Operators (SLAITO) yesterday welcomed the Government’s decision to reintroduce the single-entry 30-day visa at a total fee of $ 50. 

In a statement released, SLAITO expressed its delight at the reinstatement of the visa option, praising Tourism Minister Harin Fernando for his commitment to the industry.

“SLAITO is delighted with the news of the reinstatement of the Single Entry 30-day tourist visa at a total cost of $ 50. We are grateful to our Minister Harin Fernando for keeping his promise to the industry and fighting our cause,” the statement read.

The reinstatement of the single-entry visa option is expected to facilitate easier travel for tourists visiting Sri Lanka, providing them with a convenient and affordable visa option.
