The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted deferment of the trading suspension of the securities of Softlogic Holdings PLC until 30 November 2025.
Previously, the suspension was to come into force from 1 September.
The securities of Softlogic Holdings PLC were transferred to the Watch List on 28 November 2023 and 25 April 2024, due to the Emphasis of Matter on going concern contained in the Independent Auditor’s Reports for the financial years ended 31 March 2022 and 31 March 2023, respectively.
