 The SC Securities Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC, will hold its fifth Investor Symposium in partnership with Daily FT today at The Colombo Hilton. 

The theme of this symposium is ‘Restoring Financial Strength for Capital Markets’. 

State Minister of Money, Capital Market, and State Enterprise Reforms Ajith Nivard Cabraal will be the keynote speaker and is tipped to share key insights to the future of the economy and capital market and investment opportunities. Renowned entrepreneur, exporter, industrialist and investor and Chairman of the Sri Lankan Export Development Board Prabhash Subasinghe will join him for a panel discussion which will be moderated by Daily FT Editor Nisthar Cassim.

The main focus of this invitees-only event is to regain the former glory of Sri Lankan Capital Markets by restoring its financial strength.
