Royle Jansz new Chairman at Lanka Milk Foods

Veteran and Executive Director Royle Jansz has been appointed Chairman of Lanka Milk Foods (CWE) PLC. Executive Director Stasshani Jayawardena has been appointed Deputy Chairperson.

The changes follow the demise of Chairman Harry Jayawardena earlier this week.

Jansz is a Director of the Stassen Group and Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC. He is the Chairman of Melsta Hospitals – Ragama Ltd. He previously served as the Chairman of DFCC Bank PLC and the Sri Lanka Shippers’ Council.

Jansz holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the London Metropolitan University, UK. He is a Chevening Scholar and a UN-ESCAP Certified Training Manager on Maritime Transport for Shippers.

Jansz specialises in the movement and finance of international trade and has many years of practical experience in these fields.
