Port City Colombo’s festive Christmas carols tonight

Port City Colombo is preparing for an enchanting evening of music and joy as the De Lanerolle Brothers join forces with the National Unity Orchestra for a captivating performance tonight (11 December) at Port City Colombo.

The invitees will be treated to an exclusive showcase, promising an unforgettable experience.

This event aims to immerse attendees in the festive spirit, with the National Unity Orchestra serenading the audience with a delightful repertoire of holiday classics, ushering in a season of renewed hope.

Following the orchestra’s performance, the musical festivities will conclude with sensational retro tunes brought to life by both the DLB Band and the De Lanerolle Brothers themselves. Transporting guests back in time, the retro set will groove to the irresistible beats of the 60’s and 70’s, evoking nostalgia and creating an electric atmosphere.

The Colombo Port City Economic Commission, in collaboration with CHEC Port City Colombo Ltd, is organising this event in collaboration with Daily FT and ITN.

Tourism, Lands, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Harin Fernando will be the Chief Guest and State Minister of Defence Premitha Bandara Tennakoon will be the Guest of Honour.
