Phoenix Ventures Group to set up office complex with $ 25 m investment

The diversified entity, Phoenix Ventures Group is to set up a modern office complex in Colombo 3 with an investment of $ 25 million.

An agreement to this effect with the Board of Investment (BOI) was signed recently by Phoenix Ventures subsidiary Grafeio One Ltd.

Phoenix Ventures has interests in apparel, polymer, and real estate.

The agreement was signed by BOI Chairman Eng. Raja Edirisuriya and Phoenix Ventures Chairman and Geafeio One Ltd., Director Aslam Omar. BOI Director General Renuka Weerakone and Sanjaya Herath from Geafeio were also present.
