CHEC says project reinforces investor confidence in Sri Lanka’s potential

Phoenix Miras Ltd., the real estate investment and development arm of Phoenix Ventures Ltd., together with Platinum Advisors, has entered into an agreement confirming its commitment to invest in a Grade-A office development at Port City Colombo.

CHEC Port City Colombo Ltd. yesterday announced that the development will be built on Plot 1-01-04 within Port City Colombo.

The project, named Colombo Gateway, is expected to become a premier commercial address within Port City Colombo.

CHEC Port City Colombo said the investment reinforces investor confidence in Sri Lanka’s potential and the vision of creating South Asia’s next internationally connected business and financial hub.

The company also said it looks forward to partnering in bringing the development to life.
