PMF Finance PLC said it has decided to withdraw its proposed Rs. 1 billion debenture issue, citing a decision by the Board of Directors following an internal assessment.
The company said it would not proceed with the proposed issuance of listed, rated, unsecured, senior, redeemable debentures, which was intended to raise up to a maximum of Rs. 1 billion.
PMF Finance did not provide further details on the reasons behind the
withdrawal.
