In a true gesture of empathy, President Anura Kumara Disanayake on Tuesday kneeled to take a photograph with a differently-abled dancer on a wheelchair at the “Sith Roo – 2025” concert, which celebrated the artistry and spirit of inclusion. The concert, held under the patronage of President Disanayake, was organised by the Department of Social Services with the aim of elevating the aesthetic talents of differently-abled persons to a national platform, at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre in Colombo.
