New Zealand Deputy PM arrives

New Zealand Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Winston Peters has arrived in Sri Lanka for an official visit.

During his stay, he is scheduled to hold high-level discussions with both the President and the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, aimed at strengthening bilateral ties. Talks are expected to focus on enhancing cooperation in several key areas, including trade and investment, agriculture, education, tourism, and sports.

Deputy Prime Minister Peters is expected to depart on 28 May.
