The Industry and Entrepreneurship Development Ministry, together with the Industrial Development Board (IDB), has launched an online data collection initiative to assess the impact of recent adverse weather conditions on the country’s small and medium-scale industries sector.

The Ministry said all industrial establishments are being urged to submit accurate and timely details on disruptions to operations, damage to facilities or machinery, supply chain difficulties, workforce constraints, and any other weather-related challenges.

It noted that the information gathered will be crucial in evaluating the overall situation and designing targeted interventions to support affected industries.

The industries can submit their information via https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSec5kITbPhYPlRDLoVU_zGT7Eb0B-nO-4KkU45dogsea2zA-w/viewform.

Authorities stressed that timely cooperation from businesses will help expedite recovery measures and ensure assistance is directed where it is most needed.
