Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka strengthens capital base through Rights Issue

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL) completed its Rights Issue in August 2026, raising Rs. 806 million in additional capital. The funds raised have further strengthened the company’s capital base and enhanced its capacity to support the expansion of its core business.
