LB Finance PLC yesterday said it has completed the incorporation of its subsidiary in the Republic of the Philippines.
The new entity has been registered under the name “LB Finance Philippines Inc.”
The company said the Certificate of Incorporation and Authority to operate as a finance company, dated 1 September 2026, was received yesterday (17).
The move marks the formal establishment of LB Finance’s first overseas subsidiary as the company expands its finance operations beyond Sri Lanka.
