Kodithuwakku becomes second Lankan medal winner at Tokyo Paralympics

Following on from his compatriot’s world record exploits, Sri Lanka’s Samitha Dulan Kodithuwakku brought further honour to his country winning the Bronze medal in the Men’s Javelin Throw F46 event at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics. 

Kodithuwakku took third place with a personal best of 65.61.

Kodithuwakku is a Military Police Corporal in the Sri Lanka Army.
