Indian High Commission to directly handle visa, consular services from Nov.

The Indian High Commission in Colombo announced that IVS Lanka, its current outsourcing partner for visa, passport, and consular services, will cease operations on 31 October 2025.

Starting 3 November 2025, all related services will be managed directly by the High Commission in Colombo, the Assistant High Commission in Kandy, and the Consulate General in Jaffna.
