ICF Colombo Chapter - Executive Committee
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Colombo Chapter announces the 2nd International Coaching Conference, to be held on 24 and 25 September at Cinnamon Life, City of Dreams, Colombo.
This year’s conference theme, “Humanity 5.0 – Unlocking a Human-First Future,” addresses one of the defining challenges of our time: ensuring people remain at the heart of progress in an era where technology and AI are advancing at breath-taking speed.
AI and emerging technologies are reshaping the way we live, work, and connect. Yet, as the pace of change accelerates, the question remains: How do we keep humanity at the centre of progress?
Over two days, the conference will welcome renowned international and Sri Lankan speakers, master coaches, leadership thinkers and change makers. Attendees will experience an immersive forum of keynotes, interactive panels, and experience-led learning pods designed to reimagine the role of coaching in shaping individuals, teams, and communities in a tech-centric world.
Humanity 5.0 will spotlight three powerful tracks:
2nd International Coaching Conference Chair Azeem Saheer said: “Humanity 5.0 invites us to pause and reimagine what it means to be human in a technology-driven era. This conference is designed as an immersive journey where participants will experience first-hand how coaching can unlock new pathways of growth for individuals, teams, and communities. With world-class speakers and powerful conversations, it promises to be an inspiring catalyst for transformation.”
ICF Colombo Chapter President Andrea Jayatilleka said: “As the ICF Colombo Chapter, we are honoured to host Humanity 5.0 and place Sri Lanka on the global coaching stage. This conference embodies our vision of coaching as a driver of human-centred progress where technology advances without losing our essence of connection, compassion, and community. Through this platform, our Chapter reaffirms its role in shaping a future that is both innovative and deeply human.”
With over 350 participants expected from across industries such as IT, Hospitality, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing and FMCG, the conference will also serve as a vibrant networking platform for those who are committed to human-first transformation and conscious leadership, through the impact of coaching.
