Home Lands’ most iconic residential development, Pentara Residencies in Thummulla, has been awarded the Development Permit by the Urban Development Authority (UDA), granting the project full clearance to move forward with construction.

In a statement, Home Lands said having obtained all statutory and environmental approvals, including approval from the National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) and the Environmental Consultative Committee (ECC), the project is fully cleared, compliant, and on track with its plan to build Colombo’s most iconic ultra-luxurious 40 storey twin tower residential complex.

The developer remains committed to ensuring that the public is well-informed and reassured that every Home Lands project is carried out with full compliance and transparency as Pentara Thummulla continues to make headlines, establishing a new benchmark for luxury living in Sri Lanka.

Home Lands Group Chairman Nalin Herath said: “Pentara Residencies is progressing exactly as planned, and we remain on track to deliver this landmark development on schedule. Our commitment to delivering quality ensures that every aspect of this project meets the highest standards, from approvals to construction.”

Home Lands said it continues to lead the industry backed by a proud history of over 20 years, built on the values of trust, innovation, and excellence. Having successfully delivered over 3,200 residential units across multiple themed mega residential complexes, and with over 1,800 units currently under construction across six futuristic mega residential projects, Home Lands remains committed to shaping the future of luxury living spaces in Sri Lanka, the statement said.

With an operational capacity to deliver 600-750 units annually and selling 75-100 units a month, Home Lands’ track record reflects the confidence homebuyers place in the brand, it added.
