Diversified blue-chip Hayleys PLC is to raise Rs. 7 billion via a listed debenture issue.
Its Board has resolved to issue 50 million listed, rated, unsecured, senior, redeemable debentures of Rs. 100 each, with an option to issue a further 20 million such debentures at the discretion of the company.
The proposed move is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
