Representatives from major US corporations, including SpaceX, Apple, Coca-Cola, Mastercard, Visa, Boeing, Chevron, Corteva, Meta, Google, and Airbnb, participated in the discussion.

In a statement on ‘X,’ Yusoof said he highlighted Sri Lanka’s potential not only as a standalone market but also as a strategic platform to serve the wider South Asian region.

He said he remains committed to advancing President Anura Kumara Dissanayake’s investment agenda, with a focus on attracting global business leaders and securing long-term partnerships.

The session was facilitated by Atul Keshap and the US Chamber of Commerce.
