Hameedia’s perfect presidential fit

Iconic clothing brand Hameedia is apparently making President Ranil Wickremesinghe handsome judging by a picture posted by its Managing Director Fouzul Hameed on Facebook. 

Fouzul posted a picture of him dressing up the President with a Hameedia jacket. Fouzul said in his post that the President wants Sri Lankan brands to reach international standards and see how local brands can respond to global competitors. He said this will be a much-needed initiative for all those who want to take their brand to the international market. 

“It's high time local industries and local products invest in upgrading their products and help Sri Lanka get back on track. Example is our cricket, nothing is impossible. If we all work together as One United Team as Sri Lankans,” added Fouzul.
