HNB, DFCC sign deal on Acuity Partners

The Hatton National Bank (HNB) has signed a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with DFCC Bank yesterday for the transfer of the 50% stake held by the latter in Acuity Partners Ltd.

This was following the conclusion of the negotiations with regard to revised Terms & Conditions.

“The transfer of the 50% stake in the name of HNB will take place upon the receipt of the respective approvals from the regulators,” a statement said.
