Govt. ups water tariffs by 50%

The Government yesterday announced water tariff will be revised from today (3 August) by 50%.

The Gazette notification was issued last night.

There will be an increase of around 30% to 50% & low income earning families will not be affected according to the National Water Services and Drainage Board.
