Power Minister Anura Karunathilaka yesterday told Parliament the Government will introduce concessions for household solar battery systems through the 2027 Budget.
He said President Anura Kumara Dissanayake would announce the concession scheme when presenting the Budget on 12 November. The proposed concessions are aimed at supporting household-level investment in solar battery storage systems.
