Dhammika Perera and W. K. H. Wegapitiya have concluded the 50:50 ownership deal of the global conglomerate Laugfs Holdings Ltd. Wegapitiya on Thursday transferred a 10.4% stake in Laugfs Holdings to Perera’s Vallibel Three.
