The Daily FT – ACCA and The International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (ICCSL), together with WIM, The Sri Lanka Institute of Directors, MBA Alumni Association of the University of Colombo, The University of Buckingham, BIMT Campus and Deyo, will be conducting a webinar today titled “A Roadmap for Service Transformation’ from 4.00 p.m. onwards.
It will be broadcasted live via Facebook platforms of ICCSL, WIM, MBA alumni, ACCA and BIMT Campus.
Several eminent foreign as well as Sri Lankan experts who are conversant with this vital subject will be heard on this program.
The keynotes will be delivered by Author and Global Keynote Speaker on Uplifting service Ron Kaufman. Technology Strategist and Executive Educator in Emerging Tech Keith B. Carter and the Senior Lecturer, Author and Business Consultant Graham Jones.
