The Co-operative Insurance Company Ltd. is going public with a primary share offer worth Rs. 600 million.
The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved, in principle, the application by Co-operative Insurance for the listing of its ordinary voting shares by way of an offer for subscription on the Diri Savi Board.
It will offer 166.75 million shares at Rs. 3.60 each.
The IPO’s official opening is on 20 December but can be subscribed from now on. Managers to the issue is Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka.
