Citrus Leisure wins tender to manage select spaces in Lotus Tower

Citrus Leisure PLC yesterday disclosed that it has been awarded the Tender to engage in the management of certain ‘spaces’ in ‘The Colombo Lotus Tower’ subject to the execution of a formal agreement embodying the terms to be agreed between the parties by Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company Ltd.

This was in response to a bid submitted by Citrus Leisure, to an invitation for Expression of Interest, by way of a notice published in the newspapers.

The parties having agreed on the terms, at the meeting of the Board of Citrus Leisure PLC yesterday the Board approved the Company entering into a Management Agreement for the said purpose.

Accordingly, the Management Agreement between Citrus Leisure PLC and The Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company Ltd was yesterday.

This Agreement is for three years to be extended by mutual agreement.

In terms of the Agreement, Citrus Leisure PLC is to provide services in the management of the Banquet Hall 1 on the 25th floor, the Banquet Hall 2 on the 26th floor, the Revolving Restaurant on the 27th floor, the Six Suites situated on the 28th floor and the Kitchen in the Basement floor of the Colombo Lotus Tower.
