CSE extends trading hours

The Board of Directors of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), with the consultation of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC), has decided to extend the trading hours from 3 January 2022.

Pre-open session will be from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Open Auction will be at 10:30 a.m.

Regular Trading will commence at 10:30 a.m. with the market close at 2:30 p.m.

Year to date, the Colombo stock market is up 74.4% in terms of the All Share Price Index and by 59% on the basis of the S&PSL20 index.
