CSE, USAID to hold forum in Jaffna today to woo SME listings

The USAID CATALYZE Private Sector Development Activity (PSD), in collaboration with the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), will host a forum titled ‘Redefine the Trajectory of Your Business’ at the North Gate Hotel in Jaffna today. 

The target audience will be small and medium scale (SME) enterprises who are potential issuers. 

The forum will offer participants an in-depth understanding on the benefits of capital markets, benefits of listings for the SME sector and assistance extended by PSD in the listing process. The event will feature presentations and a panel discussion.

Speakers include PSD Activity Team Lead Juan Forero, CSE Senior Vice President -Marketing Niroshan Wijesundere and Acuity Stockbrokers Assistant Vice President S. Vasanthakumar who will speak on “Capital Mobilisation through the CSE.”

Panel Discussion will be titled “Journey Towards Listing & Life after Listing” with PSD

Inclusive Finance Director Jude Fernando, Acuity’s S. Vasanthakumar, Atarah Capital Managing Director Rohan Senewiratne, V-Share Ventures Consultant N. Gunabalan, and CSE Senior Vice President – Commercial Punyamali Saparamadu as panellists. It will be moderated by CSE Branch Manager-Jaffna Shanmukananthan Sabananthan.
