The Bank of Ceylon (BOC) announced yesterday its paid up capital has been increased to Rs. 27.3 billion from Rs. 25 billion.
The increase was through the Extraordinary Gazette No. 2438/12 dated 27 May 2025, the BOC said in a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange.
