Ambeon Holdings PLC last week exited from Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC.
It divested a 22.4% stake, amounting to 36.422 million shares, at prices ranging from Rs. 20.50 to Rs. 23.70 each.
The share price of Dankotuwa closed on Friday at Rs. 20.70. The net asset per share of Dankotuwa as at 30 June was Rs. 20.03.
Ceyline Investments holds 65% stake in the company.
