Alumex PLC in a stock exchange filing yesterday said that a shareholder, Akbar Brothers Ltd., disposed 80,169,400 shares or 13.39% of the issued shares of the company in the share market.
The sales took place on 2 September in several tranches, with share prices ranging from Rs. 18 to Rs. 20.10.
The value of shares sold totalled Rs. 1.4 billion.
