Luxury property developer SMI POINT Ltd., has signed an agreement with the Board of Investment (BOI) for its latest project with an investment of $ 22.4 million.

The new residential development “Pointe” will be constructed at Alfred House Avenue and will feature a 34-story (ground + 33 floors) luxury residential apartment complex that elevates everyday family living into a unique lifestyle experience.
