Salad-lovers are in for a treat with a range that consists of ‘Hummus with Tahena’, ‘Tabbouleh’, ‘Baba Ghanoush’, ‘Moutabel’, ‘Fattoush Salad’, ‘Labneh’ and ‘Moushara Salad’. The Hot Appetisers ‘Kobeba’, ‘Sambousek’, ‘Cheese Fatayer’ and ‘Falafel’ are not to be missed.
The dining offer will consist of main buffet items such as ‘Lamb Stew with Okra’, ‘Kofta Kebabs ‘Lamb Fata’, ‘Veal Stew with Vegetables’, ‘Veal Kamounia’, ‘Kebab Halla’, ‘Molokhia Chicken’, ‘Sharkasia Chicken’, ‘Dawood Pasha’, ‘Fish Sayadieh’ and ‘Moussaka’ amongst many others. Carving station will include ‘Roast Lamb Leg on Vermicelli, Nuts & Fried Garlic’, ‘Roast Turkey’, and ‘Ouzi with Oriental Rice’.
“Middle Eastern cuisine is well-loved by Sri Lankans; we believe that by having the guest chef from Hilton Cairo, Egypt we would be able to offer authenticity in our offer,” said Executive Chef Priyal Wijesuriya.
The hotel is scheduled to open its latest addition to the chain of developments within the hotel – a contemporary bar and lounge area; also in its pipeline is a multi-cuisine all-day diner. The hotel having completed the launch of new single rooms on its 28th floor, will focus on further strengthening it dining outlets, introducing celebrated cuisines from around the world.
