Hilton Colombo Residences announced the launch of its Italian dinner buffet on Fridays once again. The Italian dinner buffet will be offered on every Friday from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the hotel’s poolside restaurant, Verandah Bistro & Bar.

The promotion is launched under a tagline of ‘Experience Italy, One Bite at a Time’ as it explores Italian cuisine with A La minute pastas and spaghettis, made to order; a choice of pizza toppings are available to diners to personalise their pizzas. Speaking of the promotion, Priyal Wijesuriya, the renowned Executive Chef of the hotel, said that the Italian night is being re-launched owing to frequent requests from diners. “When we launch the Italian themed buffet, we will upgrade the previous offering with better variety. Many guests preferred our offering for authenticity and we will offer a dining experience that is synonymous with Hiltons globally,” he added. The Italian dinner buffet will be priced at Rs. 2,900 nett per person. Children under the age of 12 years dine for half the rate and children under the age of six dine free.
