Chef Pradeep Fonseka, the hotel’s pastry wizard, in addition to conjuring up special gifts of love has created the perfect Valentine’s gift to give your lady love. This special edible heart shaped chocolate box is made from sugar and is filled with a wide selection of chocolates. The edible box which is adorned by an edible rose made from almond paste includes a mouthwatering collection of milk, white and dark chocolates.
