An unforgettable celebration of Korean cuisine, culture, and community from 20 to 22 June at Cinnamon Life

“The Flavour of Korean Cuisine” – the 2025 Korean Food Festival – will be held at Cinnamon Life on 20, 21, and 22 June, offering an immersive experience into the rich culinary traditions of Korea.

This distinguished cultural event aims to deepen understanding and appreciation of globally acclaimed Korean cuisine.

Korean Embassy in its ongoing efforts to promote cultural diplomacy has collaborated with Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams to organise the festival. From traditional dishes passed down through generations to famous street food among young ages, the event will offer a dynamic showcase of Korean dishes such as Ttekgalbi (grilled short rib patties), Namul (assorted Korean style salad), Tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake with Korean chilli paste), Korean fried chicken, kimchi, and much more with live cooking demonstrations by prominent chefs from Korea.

“The Flavor of Korean Cuisine” welcomes a delegation of esteemed Master Chefs Jaehyun CHOI from Korea, recognised for his excellence in traditional and modern Korean cuisine with 36 years of professional culinary experience. He will offer visitors an authentic taste of Korea and insights into the heritage and artistry behind celebrated dishes.
