Bold and authentic flavours of Malay cuisine will be the key attraction at the Taste of Malay Food Festival, Gardenia Coffee Shop at Ramada by Wyndham Colombo from 28 to 30 April from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
It is a celebration of the rich heritage and vibrant culinary traditions of the Malay community. In collaboration with “The Minority Taste” by Ruzaina Hadgie.
The special dining experience brings together time-honoured recipes and distinctive flavours, thoughtfully curated to honour and showcase true Malay
culture.
