‘Seoulful Flavours at Graze’ opens at Hilton Colombo

A 10-day culinary showcase titled ‘Seoulful Flavours at Graze Kitchen, celebrating the richness and diversity of South Korean cuisine began last week.

Conducted in collaboration with Conrad Seoul, this exclusive experience, will be on until 23 May offering authentic South Korean delicacies and enticing umami flavours in a culturally inspired dining ambiance.

Chief Guest at the opening night was the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Sri Lanka Miyon Lee. Hilton Sri Lanka Area General Manager and Hilton Colombo General Manager Manesh Fernando, members from the diplomatic community, special invitees and hotel guests were also present.

Young Guest Chefs Jeong Hun Han and Young Hun Hwang are presenting a specially curated dinner buffet, which will feature bold aromatics, fermented ingredients, and balanced specialties with delectable side dishes or banchan that showcase a delightful spicy, tangy, and savory twist. Guests will be spoiled for choice with sumptuous highlights including Kimchi Fried Rice and Korean Mixed Noodles, a live Korean Pancake Station, Korean Shaved Ice with Sweet Red Beans, and so forth.
