This exclusive collaboration introduces guests to the sophistication of tea-inspired gastronomy, where Dilmah’s single-origin Ceylon Teas are thoughtfully integrated into select dishes and pairings. Each menu creation illustrates how tea can serve as a versatile ingredient, enhancing structure, depth and sensory harmony in fine
dining.
The experience features two unique dining experiences: a refined three-course
business-style lunch inspired by à la carte favourites and a comprehensive à la carte dinner with four appetisers, two soups, four main courses and three desserts. Each course is carefully complemented by curated Dilmah tea pairings and an exclusive wine selection, creating a nuanced exploration of flavour and craftsmanship.
