ITC Ratnadipa has announced the opening of Kebabs and Kurries marking an exciting new chapter in the hotel’s Indian dining experience.

Located on Level R of ITC Ratnadipa, Kebabs and Kurries serves lunch and dinner, offering an à la carte menu featuring Awadhi and North-West Frontier cuisines, slow-cooked curries, aromatic biryanis, and signature kebabs.

Building on the culinary legacy of Peshawri and its renowned North-West Frontier cuisine, Kebabs and Kurries broadens the gastronomic journey with an exploration of India’s diverse regional culinary traditions. A distinguished dining concept from ITC Hotels, the restaurant celebrates the art of traditional kebab-making and the rich flavours of India’s iconic biryanis and curries.

The opening of Kebabs and Kurries marks the evolution of ITC Ratnadipa’s celebrated Indian dining offering, bringing together the bold flavours of the North-West Frontier and the refined culinary traditions of Awadh under one distinctive dining experience.

At the heart of the new concept is the meeting of two culinary worlds. The rugged, fire-driven traditions of the North-West Frontier, renowned for their mastery of the tandoor and kebabs, sit alongside the refined cuisine of Awadh, where generations of royal chefs perfected the art of dum or slow cooking. Influenced by Persian and Mughal culinary traditions, dishes such as biryanis, qormas, pulaos, and richly layered gravies remain among India’s most celebrated culinary treasures.

With Kebabs and Kurries, ITC Ratnadipa continues its commitment to delivering world-class dining experiences while offering guests a broader and more immersive exploration of Indian cuisine.

Serving lunch and dinner, Kebabs and Kurries invites guests to discover the rich culinary heritage of the Royal Kitchens of India. For reservations and enquiries, call +94 11 785 6500.
