Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has presented Indian Flavours: One Spread to Savour, a themed buffet running through August at The Dining Room. This immersive event invites guests to journey across India’s diverse regions, from Hyderabadi and Punjabi specialties to Gujarati, North and South Indian and Tandoor classics. Guests can expect an energetic and richly spiced buffet spread, meticulously curated by Chef Ravindra Singh, who brings over 12 years of regional Indian culinary expertise, in collaboration with Executive Chef Ashan Liyanage.
