In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in Sri Lanka’s dynamic food service sector, Full’r Burgers – a flagship brand of Giga Foods Ltd. has launched its new purpose-built Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Pita Kotte. Officially opened on 27 May, the outlet represents a significant milestone in the brand’s journey, evolving from a cloud kitchen model into a fully operational dine-in and takeaway concept.

“This marks the beginning of a series of deliberate, strategic steps for the company,” said Giga Foods Chairman Ajit Gunewardene. “Full’r Burgers will play a central role in driving our growth and shaping the future direction of the business.”

The new outlet introduces Full’r’s next-generation QSR format, designed to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and service consistency. The space features a contemporary interior layout, optimised flow, and integrated technology for a seamless dining experience.

“This isn’t a rebrand — it’s a step forward,” said Giga Foods CEO Shifaz Riyaz. “Full’r Burgers has always been about great flavour and value. Now, we’re making it even more accessible with a physical space where customers can walk in, grab a bite, and experience the brand first-hand.”

The launch is the first step in a phased expansion, with additional locations planned across Sri Lanka. As demand for fast, high-quality, and locally-rooted food continues to rise, Full’r Burgers is positioned as a dynamic player in the country’s QSR landscape.

With bold burgers, smarter service, and a fresh face — Full’r isn’t just serving meals, it’s raising the bar.
